Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa Plans Renovation

A property renovation planned at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California is set to debut early this June. The resort will feature an all new lobby and resort suites, a complete revamp of guest rooms, and the addition of a new farm-to-table restaurant.
A few amenity/programming highlights at the Sheraton include:
- 169-room resort includes 48 spacious two-bedroom suites ranging in size from 488 to 915 sf.
- More than 40,000 sf of indoor/outdoor meeting space.
- 7 Mile Kitchen — a new farm-to-table restaurant named after the city’s seven-mile stretch of Pacific coastline.
- 40,000 sf of flexible indoor/outdoor event space.
- Expansive outdoor terraces and gardens with stunning coastal views.
- 15 updated indoor meeting spaces and ballrooms.
In addition to extensive property-wide upgrades, the resort will share amenities with the brand new Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa, opening on the same campus in July. Both resorts are pet-friendly.
A few amenity/programming highlights at the Westin include:
- 180 guest rooms and 28 suites ranging in size from 436 to 1,309 sf.
- 70,000 sf of flexible event and meeting space including 15 indoor meeting rooms and ballrooms.
- 5,200-sf TWENTY/20 Grill.
- Private rooftop terrace for group functions.
- Ocean Pearl Spa & Fitness Center.
