IRF Program Helps Accelerate Incentive Professionals’ Careers

The IRF is looking for rising stars! Our Accelerate program is focused on mid-level incentives professionals who are ready to get more involved in the incentives industry. The 2025 class will include 8-10 incentives, recognition, and rewards professionals, and it will be a mix of program owners, third party planners, and suppliers.
The Accelerate Class of 2025 will benefit from mentorship, committee work, research, and attend the 2025 IRF Invitational.
Our 2025 class will come together as a cohort committing to a year-long program. They will each:
- Join an IRF committee and participate monthly
- Volunteer to work on an IRF research study
- Meet quarterly with a mentor from the IRF Board of Trustees
- Attend the 2025 IRF Invitational as a first-time attendee
- Present to the IRF Board of Trustees at the end of their year, sharing what they learned and celebrating their accomplishments.
