Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa Opening June 5, 2020

This has been the most challenging times that we have all been through during the last several months.  COVID-19 has affected all our lives and like many businesses we needed to close our resort in order to help protect our communities and adhere to State and Federal recommendations.

As we prepare to reopen the resort with limited services and operations, we will continue to monitor and adhere to the latest recommendations from the CDC and government authorities.

During the time our resort has been closed, our operational staff working from home have collaborated with each other and with all departments and have re-designed  our operating procedures in accordance with CDC recommendations. New policies have been put in place as they relate to cleanliness, food safety, best practices for personal hygiene and much more.

Our new manual was developed with the number one purpose of protecting our guests, employees and to do our part to limit any potential spread of Covid-19. Some of these measures include but certainly not limited to the following:

• Continued staff training on new policies, procedures and best practices
• As part of the uniform all staff members will wear facemasks
• Food handlers will also wear facemasks and protective gloves
• All public areas will continually be disinfected
• All lodging accommodations will be disinfected using the best equipment including ultra violet lights and foggers using CDC approved sanitizers
• All office spaces will be thoroughly and continually disinfected and sanitized
• You will see an increase in hand sanitizers throughout the public areas of the resort
• Staff who displays any health symptoms, similar to those of COVID-19, will be required to stay home for rest and recovery
• We will be practicing social distancing in all areas of the resort including check-in

We will be following the strict guidelines that our government has planned for the re-opening of our state. As we enter the month of June we will be in Phase 3 of reopening. To review all phases on reopening Illinois please click the link at the end of this letter.

Our Phase 3 of reopening the resort includes the following:

• The North and South golf courses are open and are operating out of the South Clubhouse.  The General Golf Course will be opened the first week of June. We are following the current guidelines mandated for golf courses
• The General Store will be open 7 days a week beginning June 5th.  For our guests staying in our rental homes you can order groceries through our website and choose pick up or delivery
• All transportation vehicles will be completely sanitized after each trip
• Stonedrift Spa will be open Friday through Sunday beginning June 5th
• During the month of June our restaurants and lounges will be closed
• We will have available a limited menu for curbside pickup daily from 4pm-8pm
• Our indoor pool and Fitness center will not be open in the month of June: We do anticipate both to be open in July
• Pontoon boats will be available for resort guests only by appointment
• Over 20 miles of hiking trails are open with maps available at the front desk
• Tennis courts are open and available for resort guests only
