DoubleTree Orlando at SeaWorld to Add Conference Center

DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, neighboring the Orange County Convention Center, has announced that it will be elevating its events and meetings offerings with the addition of 40,000 sf of state-of-the-art conference center and event space indoor and outdoor for group business, meetings and special events. The new event and conference center space at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld will be at the core of the hotel’s commitment to accommodate even more business and leisure groups with increased, state-of-the-art venue space and services, which will be complemented with renovations to many of the public spaces and facilities throughout the hotel.
With the additional 40,000 sf of contemporary indoor and outdoor conference and event space, DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld will be large enough to handle in excess of 2,000 meeting attendees. With expansive grounds and strategically designed common spaces, other hotel guests can still enjoy a leisurely, uninterrupted experience separately within the hotel grounds. The existing 60,000 sf of conference center space, comprised of dividable indoor space and the option of theater, reception, classroom or u-shape setup, also will be upgraded during the renovation and expansion. A talented service staff provides delicious onsite catering with menus inspired by DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld’s executive chef Alberto Correa.
The 1,004-room DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld resort boasts refreshed guest rooms and existing 60,000 sf of flexible outdoor and indoor meeting and event space that will be updated in 2016.
Within walking distance of Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, the second largest meeting and convention facility in the country, DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld holds three large conference centers, 36 breakout rooms and seven outdoor venues for banquet functions. From small, intimate gatherings of as few as 10 people to grand events of more than 2,000 participants, guests relish in state-of-the-art meeting space amenities that include wireless internet access, large-screen image magnification technology, high-definition teleconferencing capabilities and convenient business center services.
